One writer's brain
It's foolish, some part of my being keeps telling me, to write without the certainty of an audience.
At this point, I don't know that anyone is reading this blog. In fact, I've told very few about it yet. Who could be reading? What is a writer without an audience?
Here's what I know: Something inside this brain compels me to write. I must do it. I often avoid doing it because there is no audience, no forum or no topic that comes to mind, but the words always come. A writer's brain -- this writer's brain -- cannot suppress the words.
And they come very easily. Grammar is no problem for me. Sentences complete themselves. Words are always there. A reason to write is not. That's why this blog must succeed this time. I'm desperate to communicate something, and we can find out together whatever it is -- whoever you are, if you're reading at all.
